How to Order WEBSITE CART?

  • You need to register before you do website cart shopping. Click Here for registration.
  • Choose product(s) that you want to buy, and click ADD TO CART.
  • See your cart (or shopping more if you want to add more product), then CHECKOUT. You can find your shopping cart symbol at the upper-right corner of the page.
  • Select your shipping methods and payment methods you want.
  • Fill your address (skip this if your address is same as the address you already update in your account at MiroTime), or you can ship it to different address if you want.
  • Fill the coupon code if you have (leave it blank if you don’t have any).
  • Add notes to seller if you need to specify.
  • Complete the payment as payment method you choose.
  • Forward us the payment confirmation reference.

Order Processing Flow

  • Once your payment is done, you will get an notification from us that your order has been verified.
  • We will need maximum 2 or 3 working days to verify your payment.
  • Once your payment has been verified, you will get another notification from us. At this stage, your order is on process.
  • Based on our order volume, we may normally need 1 – 3 business days to do quality control and handling before we deliver your order. As a result, you will get your actual order QC pictures and videos.
  • Check it and grant us approval, or you can request other specific things if you need.
  • We will start your delivery upon your approval.
  • Delivery time depends on logistic company and shipping method you have choose. Direct shipment from China usually takes roughly 7-17 business days. But for triangular shipment via transit countries, it will take longer time. Please just be patient.
  • Your order is fully trackable, we will give you tracking number. Please remember, sometimes it will need 1 or 2 days for tracking number to be in the tracking system. Please note that triangular shipment may need a couple of days for traceable on the system.
  • Track your order and wait your order arrived.
